Asynchronous work, check-in, and group work: May 19 – June 14
This learning community—offered through a blend of synchronous Zoom meetings and ReggieNet—is an exploration in which the participants, themselves, will discover and share with one another the current research regarding the broad questions regarding historically marginalized voices at both the university and discipline levels. Participants will create plans to include those voices in significant ways for their specific class, so it doesn’t seem like a gratuitous add on.
We begin with a full-day Zoom meeting on May 18 and end with a full-day showcase of our findings and course plans on June 15, also on Zoom. In between those two full days, participants will engage in a combination of independent work, check-ins with break out groups, and group work by disciplinary type.
A $300 stipend is available to eligible participants who complete the program. Registration is required by Monday, May 11.
